I've been in the Security Business for 27 years, and for the last 11 years have run my own Security Company so I really understand the competitive nature of the Security Business. Customer Service is crucial in this Industry and you have to be available to your customer. In order to facilitate good customer service, over the years I've used many call cover and paging services and found them adequate in their dealings with Customers. 

However, since I started using Kendlebell I've found them excellent to deal with and they are brilliant with my clients. I would like to take the opportunity to thank you all sincerely for the fantastic call cover job you do for me and my Business.

I am a busy Photographer, often in and out of the office. In the past I would leave the message minder on my phone, I would arrive back to a whole string of messages, where I couldn’t understand the caller, or even worse, people just hanging up! Imagine the potential Business I was missing out on!

Sometimes I would divert calls to my own mobile, this was inconvenient if I on a photo shoot, I wouldn’t be able to answer the call, or if I was in the car, I would have to pull over and I felt that I wasn’t handling the call in the way that I would had I been in the office.

I have been using your service for 6 months or so at this stage and will continue to do so. I gave instructions once on how I would like my calls to be handled, and some information on the various services I offer. There has never been any confusion or mis-communication. Callers really think they are speaking with my receptionist sitting in my office and I rarely correct them. It makes my Company look bigger than it really is, and it is far more professional than the distracted way I used to answer my phone when I was out and about on Business.

I am constantly updated via text as my calls come through, so I can attend to the more urgent calls if I wish. James, Maria and Siobhan always take clear and concise messages and I’ve never had to ask for clarification.
